We have moved several times over the last 25 years and this is the first time that we haven't had to chase up the estate agent for information. They kept us fully informed at all times during the sale and they even kept the respective solicitors on their toes. The photographs were brilliant and the wording was extremely well thought through. They worked late on the Friday and were able to get our home onto Rightmove by 10pm that evening. By 10am the following morning they had arranged four viewings for that day and the house was sold by lunchtime. Was it just luck or as Tina would say, "Better than all the rest"? Well, I'm an extremely hard taskmaster and I can assure you that the team at Regency are extremely professional and I'm sure that they would treat all of their customers with the same level of dedication. Regency dealt with the sale of our house in a very professional manner. The evaluation led to a sale within 2 months of putting house on the market. Throughout the transaction all the staff were very knowledgable, supportive and friendly. We liked the way photographs of the house were updated on the website and the sale was kept under regular review. We were kept informed of progress and found the whole process reassuring. The new office is very welcoming, comfortable and customer centred. We were also looking for a property to buy and again the staff were very helpful as well as realistic about the market.
