I found Webbers Bideford really helpful through the whole process of selling my property. Their communication regarding the booking of viewings and following feedback was excellent. It wasn't the easiest sale as it transpired that it would have to be cash purchasers only but Webbers came through in good time and explained everything well as we went along. Joshua Braddick was very helpful in talking me through the auction process as an alternative if it was needed. Overall I found their service to be excellent, everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly and very efficient and I would not hesitate in recommending this team's service to anyone looking for property services.

I ended up agreeing to purchase a property with another agent, but before I got to that point I had several viewings with Webbers, which meant many phone calls with their staff; branch manager, sales negotiators, customer care staff and they were all superb throughout. They listened to my requirements, only sent through house details that met my criteria, were professional at all times and were especially useful to someone like me, who doesn't currently live in the area. I got real unbiased opinions, real conversations about areas that are potentially best avoided, and overall I was extremely happy to have dealt with them. I wish them all well in their future business.
