She arranged a prompt viewing with my sister and as i couldnt be there that day, arranged another for the following morning and sent confirmation to me. She even messaged me on Whatsapp in the morning to remind me of the appointment which was a nice touch. Unexpected and appreciated. Liberty also took time during the viewing to explain everything and was very patient during the whole process.
