I would now recommend them as letting agents to my friends and family. I dealt with Ashleigh (Lettings Consultant) in the first instance who went through all the details with me and then once a tennant had been found (within days) Bri (Lettings Coordinator). Emails and calls have always been returned almost instantly. Everything was efficient and done electronically so I have still not had the need to attend their branch - which is a big plus when you are extremely pushed for time. We're into month 2 now and so far so good. I am extremely happy to do business with Martin & Co!
