I can't recommend Martin & Co enough after my experience over the last few days. Due to a new offer of employment with a January start date I've been extremely stressed about the prospect of finding a new rental in Birmingham within a tight timeframe. Martin & Co were the only agent of 6 that were able to offer me a full and comprehensive service through the Christmas to New Year period something which I am really appreciative of. Oscar has been so reassuring throughout really making an effort to listen and understand my specific requirements and offering a tailored and bespoke service in helping me shortlist appropriate properties. The level of service I've received from both Oscar and on on-site viewings with Mia has been exceptional and head and shoulders above my experience with other agents during this search. Mia's knowledge and honest advice again has demonstrated her commitment to helping me find a new home that I will be happy in and will require little to no compromise. Both have been great at maintaining prompt communication with me at every stage ensuring my confidence and mitigating any unnecessary stress. Can't thank them enough.
