Hi there I was a tenant of Derek Spires for 8 years, finding the new agents rather more professional. Have a good relationship with Raj and Sinead in particular and, after a few years of stagnation under Spires, things are being more speedily attended to and the premises progressively upgraded. Personally, I find the staff friendly and approachable. There's always scope to do more but there does seem to be a genuine commitment to making improvements to our quality of life. Recommended

Fantastic Service. Sold my property in under 1 week and the team constantly kept me updated with each step until the property was sold. It was a great advantage that they know the area like the back of their hands and firmly understand the current housing market in terms of house prices etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and regular updates from them meant a stress free move for me.I would highly recommend Martin & Co to anyone wanting a similar buying and or selling experience. The flat we moved into 12 months ago wasn't great (we have now left). A combination of bad contractors hired by the landlord in constructing the property (new build) and the previous tenants neglecting to inform the management of any issues that had occurred like faulty window locks and central heating not working. Despite this the team at Martin & Co. especially Marie did her utmost to resolve any issues we had. Martin and Co is a franchise we had a terrible experience when we were renting with Martin and Co. Nottingham but the Harbourne branch are completely opposite, they are professional, ethical and caring.

Had a great experience with these guys the team in there really know what they are doing and Raj went beyond my expectations it's a refreshing change from so many other agents, I can really see that the staff care and being in a service industry myself understand that sometimes though things don't go the way you would like it's how they are dealt with.
