We have been letting for the last five years in Harborne and had another property to let in Bearwood, we had never used Martin & Co before so was slightly hesitant but after meeting Oscar there was no need to worry, from the go everything has been five star, very happy with all the work Oscar and the team have done to date and would have no hesitation recommending

I don’t normal do reviews but in this case I feel it is worth giving a big shout out to Kim Green Property Manager, Kim looks after a property in Edgbaston for us, we are very please with Martin & CO’s management of our property, Kim is an excellent link between us and our tenant, dealing with all issues, always keeping us fully informed and was really helpful in liaising with Birmingham City Council licensing department during a successful inspection of our property.

We have rented an apartment in Harborne in 2024, and liked the process provided by Martin & Co. Muhammed took care of the documents and the letting process, and Amelia has arranged the keys collection, and everything went fine. I really enjoyed the service provided by them.
