I have said this before, and am happy to repeat that Debbie Harper does for me all that needs to be done by my managing and letting agent. All jobs seem to be sorted out without me getting too involved, though she always lets me know what is required. When copies of agreements are required they are produced. She keeps me advised when the tenancy is coming to the end and helps resolve what happens then.
