Great service. Early and proper response. I wanted a house, booked a viewing with Martin and co, and within a week got response. His attention to detail took away so much of the stress associated with moving house and everything went through without a hitch. Vinnay Sharma has been most helpful. Prompt arrival, courteous and always giving clear explanations. During viewings , he was always there in a pleasant, self-effacing sort of way, which allowed us to get the most out of our inspection. He encouraged the flow through the viewings, though we never felt hurried or rushed. Thank you Vinnay.

I'd love to personally commend Owen's smith's professionalism, great attitude to work and extra care in discharging his duties. We had a viewing session with him at a house in Edgbaston 2days ago, and he was really courteous and helpful. Though we haven't concluded on moving in to the house, his approach has made us(my family) more comfortable with his company. Every letting agent should be like Owen Smith.
