Exchanged contracts on our new property yesterday. Intercounty have been fantastic throughout the whole process. Christie and Helen were extremely helpful and professional in the early stages, getting things "moving".....pardon the pun . Also a real pleasure dealing with Doug with his cheery manner. He kept us informed and reassured at a much needed time.

Had a wonderful experience with Katie today when viewing a property in bishops Stortford, she had an arrived early and was very pleasant, gave me all information I needed and provided answers for all questions I had.

They have been absolutely fantastic, especially with arranging viewings. Kudos to Kristy, Charlie, and Helen for their professionalism. When we arrived at the property, Millie greeted us with such warmth and provided all the information we needed. What we loved most was how she gave us the space to explore the house at our own pace, rather than hovering over us. Millie, thank you so much for taking such great care of us!

Natasha was lovely and expertly showed us around the flat. She was prepared and knowledgable on the matters of the flat and assured us to liaise with the landlord regarding the questions we had.
