Russel Property were acting for the person we were buying from and they pretty much kept the whole chain together single handed. They were really pro-active in chasing things when other agents and solicitors were dragging their feet. I will 100% use them if we ever sell our property in Bishops Stortford as they clearly go above and beyond for their clients.
