No hesitation in recommending Castledene, excellent service. Special mention for Gemma Beckham who looks after our rental property in the office. She's on the ball, a great communicator and just get's things done.

Letting property is never without its problems but I have found Castledene to be responsive and certainly a big improvement my previous letting agent. Gemma at the Bishop Auckland branch was allocated my properties a while back - she is always very helpful, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.

When Castledene started managing one of my properties a few years ago, the service was a bit meh. However, it has improved considerably over the years. Most of the credit goes to Jo, who's proven to be an exceptional relationship manager. Keep it up!

If it wasn't for Jo and Jodi I'd not be rating with 5 stars. Since they have come into the Bishop branch it's changed for better. Jo is so on the ball and deals with things fast, professionally and keeps you updated every step of the way. I hardly have to ask or chase up anything as anything I could think to call or email about Jo's already dealt with it. I'd recommend Castledene now as they have improved a lot and hope the new team stay on for a very long time.

Castledene in Bishop Auckland have been helpful and professional in the process from viewings through to fully managing tenancy. The phone is always answered whenever I needed to call and all the staff seems to be on the ball and knowledgeable. The staff - Jo, Jodi and Gemma were a friendly bunch, attentive and quick to resolve tenancy issues. With their professional and caring approach to both landlord and tenant, I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

After moving from the Stanley office, it seemed for a long time, chaotic to say the least, not helped by a seemingly constant turnover of staff. At present, I'd recommend Castledene, Bishop Auckland as they have greatly improved the customer service thanks principally to today’s team of Jo and Jodi. Since they have been running the Bishop Auckland branch it's vastly improved. Whenever I have reason to call or email about, Jo's on the ball and ready to deal with it in a fast, professionally manner with results & follow-ups and together with Jodi actually keeps one updated every step of the way. In the past l would not have and if it wasn't for Jo and Jodi today I'd probably not be rating Castledene, Bishop Auckland branch with the 5 stars they merit for going that extra mile.

Since Jo, started working at the Bishop Auckland Branch she has been nothing short of amazing. Always keeping me up to date and informed as well as advising on what we should do to the property and what wasn't needed. She found a great family to move in and they have signed a 12-month contract!
