I am a not-for-profit landlord with a single affordable rent property. I recently had a negative tenant experience which scared the bejesus out of me. I explained this to Jodi and she sent Liam out to assess the property and the situation. Jodi explained what I needed to do and Holbrook’s eventually found me a new tenant. Jodi and Liam are erudite, unflappable, consummate professionals who helped me navigate the labyrinthine rules, requirements and regulations of renting out a property. To any other landlord reading this, if you need an EPC, use their man. If you need an EICR, use their man. They are both the doyens in their respective fields.
