To sum up Mullucks, I’d say they were really helpful, reliable and friendly. Overall it was a great experience! Our first encounter with them was wandering in from the street as we had seen a house we liked through the window, and they were straight away friendly and chatty and happy to answer any questions we had. Throughout the purchase, we dealt with Liz who was great and extremely quick at responding. She kept us informed of where we were in the process and approximate timelines, and was great at being a channel of communication between us and the seller to help speed things up. Martin was also brilliant - we viewed the house twice after our offer had been accepted and he answered all of our questions both times and was very patient as we took our time looking around.
