Another successful Purcahse and Let

I purchased a two bed apartment and spoke with Daniel and Tracy of PM who advised me of all the necessary rental yield information. I was guided with up to date relevant info PM Managed to find me suitable tenants 4 days after completeion ! Highly recommend this Agency

Extremely Professional/Excellent Service

I have 5 buy-to-let fully managed properties and have also bought and sold properties with PM Estates. Extremely polite, helpful, friendly and professional and will always go that extra mile for both landlords and tenants alike.

Excellent service, timely, cost effective, highly vetted tenants, competitive fees.

As a landlord it is imperative that I receive a service that supports my needs. I have dealt with P.M Estates for years and they have always supplied me with an excellent service that does just that. I have no intention of ever using anyone else.

Fantastic service

P M Estates manage a number of properties for me since 2014. As I live almost 7,000 miles and 8 time zones away I need an agent that I can trust to properly manage the properties in my best interests as well as take care of any issues the tenants may have from time to time. They have always found me amazing tenants and deal with any issues in a way that is both cost effective and efficient in order to minimise any disruption to the tenant. The staff are always friendly, helpful and above all extremely knowledgeable about the local market conditions.

Excellent service and friendly staff

These guys mange over 40 properties for me and they have been extremely professional. They have dealt with all aspects of managing my properties to the highest level. I have used a larger organisation in the past, but transferred to PM Estates four years ago and since that transition the level of service has been impecable. Paul Miller runs a tight ship and all staff are trained to a very good standard and when I visit the office I feel welcome in a very nice relaxed atmosphere. Well done all

terrible customer service

They manage a property for me. they dont answer emails or respond to phone calls. No copies of anything are supplied to the landlord routinely e.g. tenancy agreements and its like pulling teeth to get anything.
