When I enquired about a property they had for sale I was not given the information I requested until I gave full details of what I was looking for. They were told the maximum I was prepared to spend, the type of property and the fact I needed and wanted parking for at least 2 cars. I have to admit they are not the only estate agents to take no notice what so ever of what the potential customer desires to buy. I was however more than rattled when I was sent details of a property so far away from my requirements it was untrue. As I have had no reply to the email I sent (copy enclosed in this Review) and this office only collects data and does not process it correctly. This is so frustrating for the potential buyers as well as getting the hopes up of the sellers. Just take the time to process information better. You have been handed the info on a plate with no cost to you. Use it wisely. And, instead of ignoring my perhaps sarcastic reply, email with an apology. Just looking at them I assume the difference of my top paying price and the vendors selling price will be paid by White and Guard. Its very generous of the company to give me £35,000. I also assume White and Guard would magic up a driveway, garage or at the very least parking spaces for 2 cars. I make no apology for the sarcasm however, it proves that most estate agents take very little notice of what is actually asked for by potential buyers. If I have got this wrong, and you are willing to do the above then I do apologise. If the job of 'Not updating potential buyers details correctly 'comes up, I would be happy to accept a wage and continue in the way the current job holder carries out this job. Terrible, farcicle! I don't quite know how, when after suggesting that I wanted to see 2 and 3 bedroom houses, that I was shown a viewing of a 1 bedroom flat. Also, under the guidance of the estate agent, and after I disclosed the fact we have a Cocker Spaniel with us, it was advised that I see a property (not the one bedroom flat) and then work out the let's issue. When seeing s property the agent said the landlady does not want animals as she is allergic to them. Thank you White and Guard for making me take a three hour round trip, costing time and fuel to see a viewing that was almost the exact opposite of a 2 to 3 bed house, and for not disclaiming the fact a landlady of another property would not take a pet after telling you we have one. I feel everyone's time has been wasted, with White and Guard causing this issue. CHOSE ANOTHER ESTATE AGENT
