When i stated i wanted something different other than to what i was settling for, he went above and beyond to cover my needs in which i had previously been told were unable to be achieved! As a buyer, Ed Thornton was the main point of contact at CJ Hole, Bishopston and I found him to be a breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents! He knew his stuff about the property in which I was interested, and if he didn't he said so straight away and then promptly went and found me the answers I needed. I really valued that honest, straightforward communication and it just felt like I was dealing with a real person, rather than a salesperson with an agenda. He was polite, approachable and professional, always on time with appointments and email/phone responses. Because of Ed, I already had a positive attitude when it came to dealing with the next point of contact in the buying process, Andy, who also seems really professional. I would recommend the CJ Hole Bishopston branch, especially if the rest of the staff are as good as Ed and Andy.
