I was selling my mum's house following her death. CJ Hole gave me a realistic valuation and the property was under offer within days. When this buyer pulled out they managed to find another buyer within a few days without the need to re-advertise the property. Rowena Parker, my sales coordinator, was brilliant. As a result of the buyer having issues with lenders etc the sale turned in to a long drawn out process.
