Moving out tomorrow, reported a leaking window 1 year ago when I moved in, fixed last week by the owner. Light switch fixed after several months which meant I was cooking in semi darkness. Just now waiting to see how much of my deposit they will try to claw back even though the place is spotless. Watch this space.

Absolutely awful service - booked a viewing on a property at 4:50pm, by 5pm no sign of the estate agent. Call them to find out they forgot to ring me and let me know they cannot make it. So so unprofessional, AVOID

Sadly one of the directors is rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. Will never use again while he is there. It used to be a pleasant company to deal with.

martin&co i have seen loads of agencys but never ever seen agency as like martin&co! when i we had no heating for about 3 weeks they were all quite and hiding but how comes after they have started speaking loudly. now they are telling me to even remove the bins! i have moved in to new house and old holders have left they’re bin and i have never complained about this. and im being assumed about the mould stains that doesn’t remove after all my attempts that i tryed to clean. so its okey me to live in that mould wich i have told the agency and the landlady and no one ever did anything about it. so i will not recommend any one to go with!!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

So I spent most of the morning on Saturday 2nd April 2022 trying to call these people to book a viewing for a property. No answer and no recorded message to advise in fact the call just got cut off each time! Monday morning when the phone is answered I'm too late. Pretty poor I'd say. Won't be back to buy, let, sell or anything else.

Don't ever use this agency they are very rude and they are very liar stay away from this agency!!!!
