We bought our property through Newton Fallowell in Bourne following a viewing from Kieran who provides insight to the property, lay out and coatings. Kieran C helped us to negotiate a price and the price was reduced by 10k. Kieran C was in contact throughout the long drawn out process that was complex as two properties to sell (our seller moving in with a partner who also had a house to sell). Kieran was much more helpful than our selling estate agents and even out solicitors - he chased when it want his job to chase - he kept a calm and focussed approach.
