I've used Martin & Co for several years and I'm happy with their service. The property management and sales team have been very helpful in getting a quick turn and arranging redecoration in a very short time during tenanacy changes.. They are a good professional Company to work with.

I called them out of the blue thinking they were the head office of Martin and co. thy don't help you only for letting or sales, the manager of the office took his time to explain me how to sort out my issue (he didn't have to do it) and he did help. We have two flats in Bournemouth but live 150 miles away. We let the flats through Martin and Co as it wouldn't be possible for us to manage the home maintenance issues that arise from day to day living from a distance. Jolene has sorted out many problems, to our satisfaction and the satisfaction of our tenants. Jolene has good local knowledge, is efficient, thorough and keeps us informed at all times.
