Extremely helpful managing agents , from finding the right property to buy in the first place, through all aspects of renting it out. They found excellent longterm tenants, and have arranged all repairs/ inspections etc professionally and efficiently. I am really happy with the service over the last 3 years despite the pandemic situation. I live in Spain, and as a landlord who never visits UK , it is reassuring to not worry about my rental property. Philip who runs the franchise is especially helpful and expert at his job.
