Samantha took over our existing portfolio. She updated agreements and when necessary found new tenants. The team manages the maintenance and our tenants rate them highly. Martins and Samantha do a good job for us

I decided to sell my property with Martin and Co, as I felt Peter Hutchison was so very informative when he visited my home…As a seller it’s very difficult to know who to sell your property through, but Peter asked me what I wanted from this move and my expectations of what a Estate Agent. Within 30 minutes I felt very comfortable, that all my questions were answered and I then I knew that Martin and Co, but equally Peter, was going to take all my pressures off me re selling, and I thank them for that. As a single parent, life is hectic, and I could not be more thankful for Peter’s advice, and handing over my keys…( my choice), to let Peter do all my viewings His let me know all feedback, which is worth its weight in gold as a seller!!! Thank you for all your hard work Martin and Co, but special mention to Peter!

I have two properties rented through Martin & Co which have been under the direct management of Jen Ormond for a number of years, I have always found Jen to be knowledgeable, professional and responsive in dealing with the day to day issues of management and resolving specific issues as they arise. It is reassuring to know that I can rely on Jen to take care of business and keep on top of the evolving AST legislation and subsequent mandatory requirements to comply.
