12 Years plus of excellent service. We initially moved to Whitgates after a not so good experience with an alternative letting agent and the length of time we have been with them speaks for itself. What I like the most about the agency is their frankness and honesty. They don't go around in circles trying to get more from you but they listen to the customer and do whatever they can to help. Renting our property was not done as a business venture but as a requirement when the market was not as good as it is now and we could not sell. When the right time did come around and we decided to sell, Whitegates's staff where on hand with their valued advise on the best way to do that and their advise definitely paid off as we sold the house very quickly and without any concerns. I would have no hesitation in recommending Whitegates as a letting or selling agent as the staff are all professional and enthusiastic to do the best that they can for you as their customer

Absolutely fantastic service from everyone involved at Whitegates Estate Agents. My house was valued, the brochure / virtual tour produce and multiple viewings booked in within just a couple of weeks. Max and Gail kept me updated every step of the way and worked tirelessly to get the sale completed from start to finish in just a few months. I have sold my property from abroad with them. It was not easy, as the first buyers were messing around ( not their fault). They kept me informed through the whole process and were very professional asking all my queries promptly. They gave me an asking price I was happy with, and their fee was very reasonable too.
