Throughout that time the service has been amazing…from vetting prospective tenants, quarterly inspections and providing clear & concise feedback on the subsequent reports and sorting all maintenance problems promptly. The team have always been a pleasure to deal with whatever the scenario and a special mention to Karen, George, Nikki and Abbigail(sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone). A really good experience with CJ Hole from the start when I moved to the area when liaising with George and Corey. Inspections every 3 months have been the most consistent I have ever had with a letting agent. Another shout out to George who helped me out with a boiler issue the other day and offered to come over and take a look (calling me when I was looking under the boiler watching a YouTube video on how to fix the issue!) and kindly talked me through it which was extremely kind.
