I sold my property through C J Hole. From my first conversation with Julian in sales to my interaction with Helen in sales progression, I didn't actually meet them face to face as I live 100 miles away. But this did not make any difference to a very professional transaction end to end. We agreed on a exchange of contracts and completion on the same day which was 31st March. We achieved to close the deal on that day, to my complete satisfaction. I would whole heartedly recommend CJ Hole without reservation.

Helen at CJ Hole was a joy to deal with, our Progression team person. We were pleased to deal with a brick and mortar estate agent rather than an online one, where they don't have a progression team. In theses days of Covid progression was very slow and certainly needed Helen and her team pushing it along. We got there in the end. A big and hugs thank you.

Although I wasn’t able to do the viewing prior to pay the deposit (due to the pandemic), I decided to rely on the pictures and video on the advertisement and I wasn’t disappointed. The place is exactly like the pictures and video. I’ve been living in the property for 1 month, and so far I was promptly and kindly assisted with all questions and concerns I had by now. I really expect to come back here in the future and testimony a similar service review for the check out process.
