I recently transferred my portfolio of properties to C J Hole. The transfer went very smoothly with very little fuss. The staff are very professional and have full knowledge of the rules and regulations that come with letting property in this day and age. We have used CJ Hole as our letting agent for our rental property for over 10 years now. The communication from the team is excellent and they always give useful advice when we aren’t sure what to do. Whenever a tenant gives notice, they are straight onto remarketing the property for us and in the whole time I don’t think we’ve had more than a few days gap between tennants. We receive regular reports regarding the state of the property from their thorough inspections, with any areas of concern brought to our attention. We can rest easy knowing that all our legal obligations as landlords are complied with as CJ Hole are up to date with all this. Great service from Willow Brook Bradley Stoke branch. Very friendly staff and kept pushing for completion asap. This is the sort of attitude I was expecting from solicitors however Sam, Helen and the rest of the team handled this far better than a good solicitor and a lot of times acted on their behalf!
