Prompt and personal service

We originally contacted three agents to provide us with a Probate valuation, but we’re impressed with the personal approach of David to list the house with him. He was open to discussing prices, abs provided timely feedback from viewings. We had three meaningful offers within a week, and felt well supported by the team to choose what we hope will be a successful offer translating to a sake.

Excellent service

I can't rate David and Lizzie at the Bramley office highly enough. Our home was marketed less than a week from the valuation and sold within 2 days of our open house. The whole thing has been minimal fuss!
