Disappointing, discourteous and will not be returning

We wanted to view a property but despite making a booking it was then cancelled the next day because the property had been let. We wouldn't have minded but were travelling a long way and had been reassured it was still available and that no other viewings had taken place. We decided to drop in and were met with abruptness, no apology and a refusal that they had acted unkindly, if not unprofessionally. Given we spoke to the manager it didn't fill us with hope and now avoid any properties with this agent. A really disappointing experience.
