Very helpful in my search for a property!

Been renting through Lovell for just over a year now, and can't fault them. If anything is needed I just email Becky, and she gets it sorted asap, with a recent boiler breakdown, she sorted everything out for us and even offered to bring round extra heaters to keep us going till it was fixed, which was the next day anyway, spot on. This is the Brigg office, had no dealing with scunthorpe

DO NOT SELL WITH THIS AGENCY! I don’t usually leave feedback but very upset with the poor service I received. I have spoke to a lady on phone a few times now and she speaks down to you not professional at all. Very disappointed. Straight away asking if your property has sold rather then greeting customers kindly which is good manners. No customer service skills. It’s a shame as really liked house but couldn’t view even though I’m in a position to buy. Very frustrating. My mum had. Same issue.DO NOT PUT YOUR HOUSE UP FOR SALE WITH THEM.

If you want to wait 2 weeks for a holding deposit back due to the business not having a card reader use Lovell if not use a business thats set up like a business

Be very wary of these agents if you are renting. They are not interested in the tenant at all and are very two faced by telling just what you want to hear and not what they are really planning. Make sure you thoroughly check the photos and the house that they match as they will not help you at all collect your deposit. The inspections are a joke. Make sure everything that is said is documented there and then and you have a copy as we have just had to pay up for faults that we reported at the time we collected the keys and on each of the three occasions of inspections only to be given a bill at the end of our lease and no back up from them about the reported problems that we then had to pay for. All in all if you do use them make sure you do not rush into anything and make sure you check every little detail and get it all in writing even after every inspection.
