Tenants do not use this letting agent

The service from Khalil Properties is the worst I have ever experienced. Calls and emails go unanswered, they're in business for themselves and the landlord. Tenants beware, make sure you get an independent professional to check the tenancy agreement. We suspect the property had been sub-let, as the previous 'students' didn't vacate until the day before we moved in. We arrived and the cleaners were still there, which was a mixed blessing as we had the opportunity to inspect the property. Khalil only seemed interested in getting the tenancy agreement signed and taking full payment for 6weeks worth of deposit and a months rent. It took us 2 hours of negotiation to reach a compromise. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe our experience.
