Highly efficient and would recommend others to use
I have dealt with Anisa and Callum with two properties which were both let very quickly-their feedback and professionalism has been much appreciated throughout-.Due to this I have used Goodchilds with a new property in a different area which they have just let.Keep up the good work!!

Great people Brilliant Service
Goodchilds Estate Agents Brownhills are by far the best agent I have ever used. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The overall service is fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Smooth transition between tenants
Goodchilds' Brownhills office have done a great job switching over tenants in less than a week. The previous tenant was excellent (again, credit to the job the Goodchilds team did) and the new one was able to move in really quickly which suits everyone. Callum and Erin liaised and worked with both teants and it couldn't really have gone any better. Thanks

Viewings easily arranged and good communications
Abbie was very good at communicating with us, keeping in touch with the seller and chasing the seller's solicitors. She was very pleasant and professional. Goodchild's offices were well located in Brownhills with nearby parking. In addition their lettings personnel were very knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. It is highly likely that we will use the services of Goodchilds in Brownhills in the future.

Good feedback

Could do better
Sold our Park Home. Thought the standard fee was a bit excessive in this case. On several occasions had to chase for feedback especially when it was sold. Would not use again.
