Following the sudden death of my father, I was left to deal with the property. Matt from CJ Hole came to give a probate valuation. He was so professional, but warm and friendly and incredibly helpful. He offered to help provide links with services such as gardening ... but also was able to help me re-home my dad's much adored cat Belle. In stepped Helen, Branch Operations Manager. She even welcomed me to her home for a visit. The sale has been dogged by delays due to Covid-19 lockdown, mortgage offers expiring etc, but the team (Matt, Helen and Tom) have worked tirelessly and cheerfully to bring everything to completion.
