I can highly recommend CJ Hole Estate Agents in Burnham on Sea. I was the purchaser and so they were not working for me directly. The purchase/sale had to be completed in a quicker than usual time period. Tom Creswick made sure he kept in regular contact with me, updating me and my solicitor at all stages, and kept everyone in the loop. Tom responded to and acted on emails almost instantly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication is important when trying to buy a house, and Tom kept the sellers and myself updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend CJ Hole estate agents and Tom in particular.
