I am buying a house through Newton Fallowell and my experience so far has been nothing but positive. I have met both Simon and Ben in real life and they have both been extremely helpful and accommodating. My sister also bought her house through them and her experience was just as good as mine. After making what became an unsuccessful enquiry for a property, the lettings team at Newton Fallowell were quick to contact me with another property that they felt would suit me - as soon as the owners put it on the market. Clearly, they had kept my initial enquiry (and details) on file and were keen to help both the owners and potential tenant very swiftly. Subsequently, the team made the transfer of utilities bills, etc. very smooth for this first time tenant and have been pleased to answer all my questions helpfully since I moved in. In my experience, Newton Fallowell provides an excellent service.
