After getting approaches from a few companies regarding the letting of my upmarket property I chose Newton Fallowell. I did this initially because of their prompt service and excellent understanding of the local market. At all times they open to suggestions and being the first buy to rent let I needed a good deal of assistance - all of which was invaluable. At all stages of the process, from the initial approach to the marketing , securing and moving in by the tenant I found them to be extremely professional and gace me vital advice. Ben and Jayne were fantastic with helping me let my property. They were not pushy in any way. I went at my own pace and any questions or advise I required they were there to help. They were easy to contact too. Overall an excellent, friendly service.
