They have been absolute lifesavers after a totally awful start to selling and having to change agents due to issues with the housing authorities agents incompetence, we opted for them. The process took almost a year to sell. Everyone at Newton Fallowell consistently went above and beyond at all times to get it to process as quick as was possible. They were absolutely brilliant in every way and a special shout out to Ben Foley and Simon for all there hard work dealing with solicitors, the housing association and the buyer!
