We recently used Newton Fallowell for the sale of my Mother-In-laws' property. The sale was handled by Ben Foley and from the initial meeting I knew he understood the market completely and was happy to take his advice on sale value, using a guide price rather than a fixed price. The photographs taken were excellent and a great representation of the property. We received a high level of interest and sold extremely quickly, above the guide price, we were very happy. The communication throughout was excellent, I would definitely recommend this company and a big thank you to Ben for making it so easy.
