Our property was very difficult to market, but Newton Fallowell rose to the challenge magnificently. Staff were unfailingly helpful and responsive. Simon Shilton was quite outstanding. He went far beyond professional requirements, providing consistently wise advice and exceptional personal support and service. Our apartment has now been sold, and we are extremely grateful to Simon and Newton Fallowell.

Simon & Sharon were professional throughout the process. A slow start to getting any interest but a relaunch & new photographs helped. The sale proved difficult caused by our seller but Simon & Sharon managed to keep the chain intact, although touch & go at times completion was achieved.

Good experience selling house , Simon and Ben looked after us well no drama no worries sale went well ,but they also kept us informed and updated on all proceedings . Would be happy to return if needed in future . Job well done !
