I've had dealings with the Company twice and I would never recommend them to anyone. The first time I used them, they lied and ( The Branch Manager) told me that the house I wanted was let, after they arranged for us to meet with the Landlord the night before and 4 months later the same house is still on the market. Why not just be truthful? The second time I arranged a viewing of a property, I spoke to the Branch Manager who stated when he returned to his office he would text to confirm the viewing and I requested a call if the property had been let in the mean time. No surprise............no text received, no cancelation, and no contact to let me know that the property had been let before my viewing. I had to wait up after my night shift to call and find our that the property had been let. I am very very disappointed with the service received in both occasions.
From getting the sale. No faults. Thereafter you are better off managing the sale with the buyer and solicitors yourself
Terriball customer service is a joke and getting repairs.maintance done is a no go
Agent left property before letting us view. Can be put down to a miscommunication but zero interest in trying to rebook the viewing. I certainly wouldn’t be happy if that was my home they were trying to sell. Update: the message left asked how the viewing went!
Terrible experience on the letting side Avoid at all costs. Due to tenant leaving I find out that this estate agent had not followed through with any of their commitments. 1) the house had not been inspected for nearly 2 and a half years and then to be told it was inspected last year which was false information. 2) No EICR DONE Even though I had contacted them earlier in the year regarding this. They said they had contacted the relevant people to do this report in January but had not followed this through hence no report, also no epc renewed ran out on 10th March, no statements and a it's not our fault attitude!!! Should have learnt my lesson the first time when the tenant before did a runner and I had to LET THEM KNOW!!!! So don't waste your money on the monthly fees with this incompetent firm.
Awful avoid them they won't fix anything once you moved in
