In my lifetime I have dealt with multiple lettings agents and none of my experiences habe been great to be honest. Ive noticed in recent years as the demand for rentals intensifies that this has only added to the poor service I've experienced previously. So, imagine much to my pleasant surprise when me and my partner looked to view a rental in South derbyshire to have finally dealt with lettings agents that were everything you'd want and need from a lettings department. Having been lucky enough to view and then apply for the property we wanted to let, the entire process has been seemless.from start to finish. Ben and jayne have made the whole thing so easy. If you need to email them, you get a swift response. They will always answer your calls. And if you're expecting a call that call will come. I know it all sounds very basic but these basics have always lacked in my experience previously. So thank you for restoring my faith and showing me that efficient and reliable lettings agents do exist! They are also extremely polite and pleasant to.boot!
