Unprofessional approach to the client. you can't reach them by phone, and when they call you back after a week, they just inform you that the ad is out of date.

I have absolutely no idea who this reviewer is. She has never contacted us to see any property! Every single applicant to view a property will receive an email or call either offering a viewing time and date or a message saying that we have received many, many applications and that the landlords or vendors are considering when they can offer a viewing. Every single applicant will then receive an email or phone message if the landlord have decided to halt viewings and have offered the tenancy or property to another applicant. Our office phone number is manned by a real human 24 hours a day 7 days a week and ALL calls are logged. Our mobile phones are checked constantly for messages. Nobody called Joanna Miśkiewicz has ever called either. I can only assume that Joanna has made a mistake or is working for a competitor! Shame on you!
