If you are going to use an estate agent , use Louis Mundy at Martin and Co. In the long, painful and often desperate process of finding a home we have had to deal with a lot of estate agents. I have been with other agencies in Camberley and Louis has definitely shown me 100 reasons why he is the best agent in Camberley. I will never use another agent again and I wish to only deal with Louis. He had told me he had been an estate agent for 4 years where he had started when he was 18. This is a career for Louis where he wants to push to be the Go-to agent in Camberley. Louis had really done things differently compared to other agents and I see no one reason why he won’t be the best in Camberley. Estate agents normally lack a personal touch where they open doors and take offers. Louis is the absolute best and you will be very lucky to deal with him when either renting or selling your house. I was looking through reviews trying to figure out the best way to put into words my experience. Cliche but I can’t. Simply outstanding. I have dealt with Louis Mundy and looking at the most previous review from Ovidiu Tugui. I can not agree more. I had received a letter from Louis where admittedly I was very hesitant at the first. He had noticed I had a property advertised with another agent. My house was empty and had been on market for other a month with very little interest. From his letter he had explained how he was very surprised my house was still available. Estate agents do not have the best reputation and I was not convinced Louis had the tenant for my property. I had thought this was a sales technique however after another week with no interest I decided to give Louis a call. This was the best decision I made and I should of had called him from the very beginning. He was smart, knowledgeable, discussed the market, also gave me a few tips of better ways to advertise my property. I still do not know why my previous agent did not give me the service that Louis had. I went from little interest to giving Louis a chance where he produced 6 viewings in 4 days and found me the most super tenant. I can not be more pleased.
