Not your 'typical agent' Right from when Ray came out to value our property I realised that Martin & Co were different to the others. There was no pressure and no 'sales pitch'. We got full asking price for our property and Ray was accessible by phone and email whenever I needed help but if he wasn't, Giles stepped in. Always someone on the end of the phone and a good honest agency to deal with. Would happily recommend.

I have used Martin & Co, Camberley a couple of times - most recently for a flat purchase. I find the staff incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. It is always easy to contact representatives and phone calls are returned! They go that extra mile to ensure things run smoothly and I would definitely use them again. I am looking to rent my flat via this agent and I have been so impressed. I've worked with Giles and Ray so far and they have been reassuring, friendly and most of all experienced in a field I know nothing about. It is nerve wracking, offering my home and investment for strangers to occupy, but Giles and Ray have been doing this for years and with their help, I feel much more confident. Excellent service from the whole team at Martin Co Camberley. Rented a property that was just across the road from their office and Martin Co were friendly and helpful during my whole tenancy. Whilst they were just the letting agents, they were more than happy to step up and cover jobs that should have been administered by the managing agents (a separate company based in North London). Would definitely use again :)
