They stopped replying to emails part way through the application process.
Some of the agents on the phone are extremely passive-aggressive and not helpful at all, they wouldn't even let me finish a sentence and would just jump straight in with their British passive-aggressiveness. I understand that in the UK it's apparently ok to act like that but I thought Cambridge is an international city...
Had a great experience with Federica Petrocca who walked me through renting my first apartment in the United Kingdom after I moved from abroad. Highly recommend, very professional and friendly! --Edited: 5 to 1 star, had horrible mold constantly that was untreatable due to rising damp, I spent hundreds of dollars trying to clean and constantly had to wash and dry everything(ex. I went on holiday for one week and came back to mushrooms growing under my bed and had to throw out mattress and bedding), had multiple emails ignored, landlord was completely absent and unreachable, he messed up some renovations so my power was cut off for a week, then when I moved they tried to keep my security deposit because of the mold! Awful

The receptionist was abrupt and disinterested. She took my email address so that they could confirm the appointment for valuation and I immediately started getting spam from them which made me feel tricked. After the shop manager did the "valuation" I was told he didn't know right then what my flat was worth and would get back to me later that day. That was two weeks ago.
I have been renting a property let by Martin & Co for almost 3 years and the experience was very good with them. However it has been impossible to get my deposit amount back. Its been more than a month since I left the property and I have tried calling the branch and sending emails to them regarding my deposit but there has been no response from them.
