I rented my ideal flat through Martin&Co a month ago. I am now writing this review in the flat. Joe was the person who took care of the rental process, he is very responsible and always answered emails promptly. Overall it was a good experience renting through them.

I rarely write reviews, but we used this agency to look for an apartment and Sarah -the viewings consultant- was just amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and kind, showed us the place in detail, she was writing down everything that she thought the owners should take care of, or needs further discussion which we really appreciated. She cared to understand and help us figure out if the place is well suited for our family. We followed up with her and the team and they replied promptly all of our questions. We have seen a lot of agents during our house hunting but she was by far the best. Would totally recommend.

Eleanor was a wonderful, fast and accommodating agent. She did extra hours in order to add some contract modifications that we requested last minute, so that we would be able to move in that very same day.
