As a landlord we have a chance to have a deal with James who provided an excellent service from the first time. He was very friendly, reliable, helpful , very professional and good organiser. So the view of apartment was organised immediately , taking photos and the whole process with his team was easy . They responded emails quickly . As a landlord I think our relationship will be deeper in the future as they are doing a full management for my apartment. Yes, I will recommend this agency to my friend!

Fisks will persevere for you

I own a 2bed2bath flat in the Landmark Tower and we have been marketing it both last summer (when we took on a 6-month let) and then again from the beginning of this year.. Both times Fisks ended up missing out on the business as other agencies had more success with the clients they had provided but both times Fisks never ceased in their enthusiasm to help us and they provided a steady flow of viewings which always came with a detailed update back to us so we always felt in good hands with them and I would recommend their perseverance to anyone (in particular Peter Smith) so do be sure to include them in your shortlist.

NO questions the best agency on the IODogs!

I've currently 3 flats on the isle of Dogs and had one since 1989. We have tried a number of agents over the years, many that are probably out of business a long time ago. Fisks have consistently come up as an excellent agent.. A couple of times I tried to find another agent, to effectively compare the market and on each and every attempt I've really struggled with the classic, estate agent mentality and people that really don't know their market who move on after a year or two. I've been working with James and his team for almost 10 years now and no longer bother to look around. Without question they are the best. This is a completely impartial review, I've done this off my own back, as hard work and honesty needs regarding and as a landlord I understand the difficulty in finding a good agency. Knowledgeable and professional

Being new to London, we had met with few agents before selecting Fisk to help us with our home search. We have been very happy with them over the past few years as they have helped us find the perfect home, and have made it incredibly easy to renew our lease for the past few years. I have recommended them to friends and highly recommend them as a letting agent.

Friendly and efficient

Fisks have looked after my property for seven years. Yes of course we've had tricky moments but things have always been resolved. The nature of the business is that tenants really aren't very pleasant a lot of the time and don't treat your property as you would like it to be treated. When we have had issues, Fisks have sorted things out and I've also been on inspection visits with them. I've also never had more than a couple of weeks of unlet time in those seven years. And that is saying something!
