We had a long day of viewings in Canterbury and it was a cold, rainy, miserable day. We were really feeling run down and a bit deflated, however, Fran Chudleigh turned up all smiles and drove us around all the remainder of our viewings. Viewed a property this past weekend. Brooke H dealt with my initial enquiry within minutes of me emailing it, she contacted me, the vendor and then both of us to confirm the appointment. She attended the viewing in person, armed with the brochure and the key facts about the property. All of us on the viewing felt that she offered exceptional customer service to all involved parties. The particular property was not the right fit for us but in the post viewing discussion she also dealt with this very professionally, listened to feedback with interest and asked if we would like to be kept informed of other potential properties - she didn't just assume that she could do so. Very happy to deal with her any time and wish all agents were as organised and professional.
M&B was the first company we contacted re. potentially selling our home. Ellie was very friendly on the phone and organised a valuation. Blake explained everything so well and made us feel relaxed about the process of selling a house - thank you.
Blake was amazing at showing us round properties. We weren’t by any means the easiest buyers being picky with all our requirements but Blake showed us a property which despite looking extensively we hadn’t seen on any of the online portals which really was exactly what we were after. We have purchased one property through miles and Barr already. Honest EA’s which really helped making finding a home an enjoyable experience.

I recently had contact with Miles and Barr for a property valuation and they were excellent. Courtney booked in the meeting promptly and put me in contact with a mortgage advisor Steven who gave excellent, honest advice and was very helpful. Blake carried out the valuation and was very professional, honest and gave me a good breakdown of how he came to the valuation. He came across approachable and informative. Overall a great experience
We have bought and sold a property with Miles & Barr and have always had a positive experience with them. They are very reliable and every agent we have ever interacted with (over the phone or in person) has always been very helpful and kind. We had viewings recently with Georgia and Alfie who were so lovely and accommodating. The agents really made an effort to look after us and we are very grateful. Their customer service is unbeatable in my opinion.
It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Miles and Barr. I’m moving to the area so I’m also learning about areas and locations but Brooke has been absolutely incredible at giving me all of the information and showing me around homes that perfectly match my criteria.
