I met Mia Stevens yesterday for a flat viewing. She was very nice and courteous. I asked her a few questions about the property and she was able to answer them all. At the end of the viewing, she offered to drop me off at the train station as it was my first time in Ramsgate and I didn’t know the area. Thank you, Mia.

If you really, really want to sell your house, then Miles & Barr are great, as they also really, really want to sell your house. They are particularly good at communicating and keeping you up to date on what is going on. We sold our house from outside the UK which was stressful enough in and of itself - having a decent team behind you (and it was a team effort) really helps.

I was shown around 2 properties by the lovely Mia Stephen’s . Mia was very knowledgeable about each property and gave us plenty of time to have a proper look around . Looking for a new home can be very daunting and Mia with her friendly , bubbly personality put us very much at ease . She explained everything in great detail and has kept me up to date on everything since the viewings . I have rented with Miles and Barr before and would highly recommend them . Nothing is too much bother and I have found all of the staff to be very approachable and helpful .
