I have been extremely impressed with Miles & Barr from start to finish. I’m a first time buyer and little over a year a go I never thought it would be possible to buy my first home. Our house has only been on the market for just over a week and we’ve already had far more viewings than we had originally anticipated. This is due to Miles and Barr’s excellent presentation and promotion of the property. We’ve also been delighted with Emily and Brooke who have hosted the majority of clients viewing the house. They are both highly professional, courteous and friendly, both to us but also of course to the viewing clients. They fully understand the property and are able to answer client questions but will defer to us as vendors when we have been asked questions about the property or have contributions to make. The excellent teamwork between estate agent and vendor works very well and best promotes the opportunity to sell the house.
