I would like to express my appreciation for the exemplary work that Rhyss Sawyer under takes in his role at Miles & Barr. Rhyss always goes the extra miles to ensure the task is achieved, customers are happy and the end goal is reached. This is not the first time I have worked with Rhyss to sell or buy a property and on each occasion his high standards have been maintained. Our house has only been on the market for a few weeks and we got the offer we wanted so quick. The process so far has been really smooth, with close communication, I felt updated and in control the whole way through. With the difficulties going on at home, miles and barr where still very understanding and helped in anyway they could. All the way from Toronto Canada, we wandered in to M&B. We are looking for a small vacation place. We met Brooke Handley and she has been extremely helpful with our search. We have only a very short time here, and we know very little about the area and about the real estate process in the UK (spoiler alert - it is VERY different than in Canada). Brooke made us feel immediately welcome and despite the limitations we imposed, she was able to set up four showings in one day on EXTREMELY short notice. She even highlighted and quickly got us into a very new listing which fits all our criteria. She has been very helpful answering our numerous questions and walked us through the process of purchasing a home here in Canterbury. She followed up the viewings with a phone call to find out our feedback and refine her search options. All-in-all it has been an excellent, positive experience. Well what can I say this company has found us one of the best flats on the market in Canterbury town center. Everyone in the office was so nice and pleasant. I have been extremely impressed with Miles & Barr from start to finish. I’m a first time buyer and little over a year a go I never thought it would be possible to buy my first home. From start to finish Rebecca Gravener the Senior Sales Progressor at Canterbury was in contact with us regularly, giving us updates or even just checking in if there was nothing to report. Our house has only been on the market for just over a week and we’ve already had far more viewings than we had originally anticipated. This is due to Miles and Barr’s excellent presentation and promotion of the property. We’ve also been delighted with Emily and Brooke who have hosted the majority of clients viewing the house. They are both highly professional, courteous and friendly, both to us but also of course to the viewing clients. They fully understand the property and are able to answer client questions but will defer to us as vendors when we have been asked questions about the property or have contributions to make. The excellent teamwork between estate agent and vendor works very well and best promotes the opportunity to sell the house. In conclusion, we have been delighted with the complete service provided by Miles and Barr.
